Barron's in Hardin Co Kentucky in 1830

As I was researching John Barron 1770 and John Barron 1800 in Hardin Co Kentucky in 1830 federal census record. I found A Tezin (?) Barron on the previous page of John Barron 1800. 

Males 0/5yrs 1 20/29yrs 1

Females 10/14yrs 1 15/19yrs 1 60/69yrs 1 born between 1761-1770

I have no idea who this is. Are they related to John Barron. There is also a Jessee Barron on the same census.

Male 10/14 yrs 1, 30/39 yrs 1 which will put him being born between 1791-1800. 

Also there was a Archibald Barron 

Male 15/19 yrs 1, 40-49 yrs 1

Female 0/5 yrs 1, 30/39 yrs 1

He lived near Benjamin and Matthew Twidwell, they are related to Sarah Twidwell, she married John Barron 1800. 

I have no idea if this Archibald is related to John Barron or not. I could not find them on the census for 1790, 1800, 1810, 1820 nor for 1840, and 1850 census. 

If Tezin is the female or male of that house hold they would be as old as John Barron 1770, maybe they are either siblings, or I am wondering if it might be Susan Mattingly that married John Barron 1770? They are a couple doors away from each other per say. Is Jessee a sibling? to John Barron 1800? and is Archibald another sibling? that is older than John? The census spelled the last name the same for all of them "Barrens". I will keep my eyes out for these Barron's as I continue researching.
